MTA:
MTA is required before shipping animals. We can send you animals multiple times under one MTA from April to March. From February 1st, we can apply for a MTA from next April. Our MTA form is available from the next page.
SNPs/Indels:
We have two closed colonies, which are called Onagawa-line and Fukushima-line. SNPs and indels in these lines are available on Ghost http://ghost.zool.kyoto-u.ac.jp/default_ht.html.
When you publish your results:
This project is maintained by volunteer efforts of researchers, but is not a commercial service. Therefore, you need to give us credit for our work in the acknowledgements section and/or the materials section.
When Ciona was provided by Kyoto University, you need to write "Ciona adults were provided by Satou’s lab, (Kyoto University), under the support of the National BioResource Project, MEXT, Japan."
When Ciona was provided by the University of Tokyo, add appropriate credit according to the MTA.
